The purpose of the Visent Coders Privacy Policy is to describe how Visent Coders collects, processes, and uses information about you as a User on mobile and web applications and in our newsletter. Your data processed by Visent Coders applications, in particular Meetinga event application. Visent Coders does not collect any information about you and the Administrator of the personal data we process is a third party, i.e. the organization or organizer of the event you are attending. As a result of the processing of your personal data, we may have access to the following data:
Name and surname
E-mail address
Position
Company
Phone number
Photograph
Sex
Country
Information that we collect automatically, but which at the same time does not identify you and therefore does not constitute personal data:
Phone language
The following data may be processed in connection with ordering the newsletter:
First name and surname;
E-mail address (if the user does not provide other data).
In the case of the newsletter, the administrator of your data is the Visent Coders company with registered office in Warsaw, as the author of the newsletter. Further outsourcing of your data may only concern the administrator of the IT systems used for maintaining and supporting the services provided by Visent Coders.

We will process your data for the purposes of:
sending the requested newsletter
verification of eligibility to receive certain content or services,
marketing of services and communication by Visent Coders with users of the newsletter
conducting statistics, quality, and effectiveness measurements,
handling complaints and securing claims.
The basis for the processing is the necessity for the performance of the contract or for taking action at your request and the fulfilment of the above purposes, which arise from our legitimate interests as an administrator.
Legitimate interests consist in the continuous improvement of quality, increasing the availability and attractiveness of Visent Coders newsletters, increasing the number of ordered newsletters as well as promotions and information about services offered.
The Administrator may disclose the data to other recipients only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law or when it is necessary for the purposes indicated above, e.g. to entities providing hosting, IT service or sale or support of sale of advertising space on our websites.
The Administrator shall store the data only for the time necessary for the realization of the purposes of the processing, no longer than until the moment of objecting to the processing.
How do we use data?
We use all the above-mentioned data in order to provide the service realized by our mobile applications, in particular the event application. You can register yourself by providing the data
required by the event organizer, such as: e-mail address, phone number or name and surname. You may receive an email notification in which you will receive a registration code from the event organizer for the specified event.
The data listed in section 2 of the privacy policy is used especially in the networking module that allows networking among event participants and mutual communication via general chat and 1:1 chat. Your email address and optionally phone number is only visible when you accept an invitation from another user logged into the networking module in the app.
Access to your data
You have access to your data through the application provided for the event you are attending. You log in to the app using the data (username and password) received from the event organizer via email or as a result of registering an account yourself. After logging in to the application you have access to your data with the possibility to edit it.
If you want to delete your account from the app you have two ways to go:

Safety of your data
Your data in the application is password-protected. They are not connected in any way with your personal social media profiles such as LinkedIn or Facebook. Furthermore, the communication between the application and the server is protected by an SSL certificate (including encrypted messages sent in the chat in the networking module). Chat and video communication is based on a third party solution, whose processing rules are described here: https://www.twilio.com/gdpr Access to the application administration panel is protected by an administrator login and password, and access data is stored in a password manager with two-step verification, to which a limited number of people have access at Visent Coders.
However, we would like to emphasize that the Internet is not a 100% secure place and therefore we cannot guarantee 100% security of your data, i.e. we cannot guarantee that your data will not be unavailable or destroyed.
Changes
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time; however, we do not limit your rights or process more data about you than usual. In case of significant changes in our Private Policy, which may directly affect your data (especially security or availability) you will receive a direct message from us (via email and notification in the application). Additionally, Privacy Policy is available on our website and at your request we can provide the archival version of the document.
